IIM Kozhikode Admissions 2023: 

The Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K), commenced its academic session by welcoming a total of 601 students across its flagship programs: Post Graduate Programme (PGP), PGP-Liberal Studies and Management (PGP-LSM), PGP-Finance (PGP-F), and Doctoral Programme in Management (PhD).

Among the 601 students, 45 percent are women. In terms of program-specific statistics, PGP-LSM has the highest percentage of female candidates at 52 percent, followed by PGP with 48 percent, and PhD with 47 percent.

Additionally, the institute has admitted a total of 12 international students through GMAT and CAT, including five NRIs. These students come from Nepal, USA, UK, UAE, Oman, and Germany, and are all enrolled in the flagship PGP program. This marks the first time IIM-K has included international students in its cohort.

This year, 58 percent of the students come from non-engineering backgrounds, including Science, Humanities, Arts, Commerce, Medical (MBBS), and Chartered Accountants. Around 67 percent of the batch brings prior work experience, and there are 45 students from Kerala.

Out of the 601 students, 483 are enrolled in PGP, 52 in PGP-LSM, 49 in PGP-F, and 17 in PhD (DPM).
